SUMMER FORESTRY AIDE

Clearwater Forest Consultants, LLC is seeking to employ 1-2 Forestry Aides for summer term positions beginning ASAP and ending when classes resume or projects are completed.  Primary duties will be to assist permanent staff conduct intensive forest inventories.  Position will require overnight travel 4-5 days a week.  All travel expenses are provided by the company for out of town work.  Assistance in locating temporary lodging in or near Piedmont, MO for the term may also be provided.

Coursework and abilities must include:

  •              Dendrology

  •             Silviculture

  •               Mensuration & Statistics

  •                Forest Ecology

  •                GIS/GPS Applications
