In this section, potential buyers are able to find information about timber sales through the following documents which are defined below:

Prospectus- a formal summary of the timber bid disclosing specific details about the sale so potential buyers can make an informed decision.

Bid form- the form to submit an official bid pertaining to a specific timber sale.

Sale map- a map showing the location, topography and other features of the timber sale.

Regional map- a map showing location of the property at a regional scale, if appropriate.

GPS ASSISTANCE - If you have a Garmin GPS unit that can communicate with your computer, you can now download property boundaries and corners (tracks and waypoints) through an easy and free platform.  Timber buyers can now navigate across select properties and know they are on the correct property and their location relative to the boundaries.  The free software created by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources can be downloaded here.  Installation and use instructions can be seen here.  For more information please contact us.
